How to Return an Item
Contact Support
Email support@oneclinsolar.com or call +254 712 345 678 within 30 days of purchase. Provide order number and reason for return.
Receive RMA Number
We'll assess your return and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This confirms your return is approved.
Ship Item Back
Package item securely and include your RMA number. For orders under KES 50,000, you cover return shipping. Above that, we provide a prepaid label.
Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt, we inspect the item. If eligible, we process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Issued
Refunds credited to your original payment method. Allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
